Santa Claus stopped by to visit children who had to spend the holiday in the UVA Children’s Hospital.
Santa said he looks forward to the trio to Charlottesville and visiting the kid every year.
“It’s an opportunity for me to come out and bring a little bit of joy to the families of the children that are here on this very special day,” said Santa.
Parent Austin Couch has been spending the last 10 months at the hospital with his child who has congenital heart disease.
He said that getting the chance to see Santa with his family was an awesome experience.
