The empty Blue Bell building off of Waugh Boulevard in Orange County will soon be used after it was donated to the county.
In the past few days, the building was donated to the county by the Sedwick family, which will allow the county to utilize its facilities.
Orange County Administrator Bryan David said the building hasn’t been used for a number of years, but the donation allows the county to open up its options for the property because of its location on Route 20.
