The Spread the Warmth Blanket Drive will take place between Nov. 11 and 15. It is collecting new and lightly used blankets at several locations around Charlottesville. People can drop off blankets at the Salvation Army Thrift Store, at Timberwood Taphouse, at Timberwood Grill, at the SPCA Rummage Store and at Snow’s Garden Center. Over in the Shenandoah Valley, there is also a drop-off location at LaborMAX Staffing in Waynesboro. Blankets will be distributed on Nov. 16 at the entrance of the Ting Pavilion from 1pm to 3pm.
